Almost every CRM now says "AI". These checks separate marketing from features you will use.
What Does the AI Do Without You?
Sort features into three levels: it suggests (summaries, prioritizing), it drafts (a text for you to send), or it acts (replying and booking on its own). The third level saves the most time and carries the most risk. Lofty, for example, describes a Sales Agent that qualifies leads and books appointments, while Follow Up Boss lists summaries, smart messages and suggested tasks on Pro and Platform.
What Is the Total Price?
Compare a full year with every add-on and user you need. Wise Agent starts at $49 a month, Follow Up Boss at $69 per user with calling $39 extra on Grow, and Real Geeks at $399 plus a $500 setup fee. Get quotes in writing for the others.
Does It Connect to Your Lead Sources?
List where your leads come from: your website, portals, Facebook, referrals. Ask for each one by name, since an integration count tells you little.
Can You Leave?
- Can you export all contacts, notes and history?
- What is the notice period?
- Do you keep your website and domain if they are bundled?
Test It
Import 50 real contacts during a trial, or ask for a sandbox if there is no trial. Lofty's site says it does not currently offer one, so ask for a demo using your own scenario. See every AI CRM we list.
Common Questions
Which Real Estate CRMs Publish Prices?
In our directory, Wise Agent, Follow Up Boss and Real Geeks publish prices. Lofty asks you to request pricing, and the BoldTrail and Rechat pages we read showed none.
Should I Switch CRM Just to Get AI?
Rarely on its own. Moving data is disruptive, so check first whether your current CRM has added similar features.
