What Happens Next

We reopen the vendor page you point to and compare it with our listing. If the official page supports the change, we update the fact and its checked date. If the vendor does not publish the detail, we say so on the listing instead of adding an unverified claim. Vendors can also ask for a listing to be removed, and we will consider each request based on whether the information is accurate and public.
